Baby #3 is a .....

So today was the big day for our family. I have never understood why people want to wait to find out what they are having (boy or girl). Something about being surprised when the baby is born. Well, not us. We gathered around the ultrasound screen as a family and were surprised all together...and it's probably a good thing too. Now we have time to prep the kids so they will be sooooo excited when our new little addition joins our family in January (date still to be decided). We all voted and the consensus was that the baby was a girl. and they official word is (well 95% sure)..................................... It's a BOY!!!!!!!!!!!! The kids are warming up to the idea (they were pretty dead set on it being a girl). We are excited though and happy that the baby is healthy. Now on to figuring out a name. Feel free to give your ideas (Hunter was a suggestion from my cousin and we actually used it). Although we've already been advised about Gunner or Fisher and how they would be great, that will not be happening...we aren't quite that redneck. ha

It's a.....

BABY!!! After 2 long years of trying we are FINALLY pregnant again. The kids are excited. Paige is praying for a baby girl. ha Hunter doesn't quite get it yet, but is excited. We are thrilled. Baby #3 due Jan. 15th 2011. I think I'm going to tell the doctor that 01-11-11 is the best date!

Kissing at 5???

Last night Paige told me that she kissed a boy at school (on the cheek). I told her that was not appropriate and not to do it again! Today when I went to pick-her-up from school, I went to talk to her teacher about the whole kissing thing, so she knew I had talked with her about it already. Before I even mentioned it to the teacher she says to me, "Today Paige kissed Jake at school today and made him cry because he was so embarrassed." So I had another talk with her. Her response as to why she keeps doing it...."Mom, I'm just trying to find my kissing mate." "YOUR WHAT???!!!" Apparently she has been watching a bit too much Discovery Kids Channel!
